Friday, October 31 3 pm - 4 pm Safe Trick-or-Treat
Trick-or-treating will be held on State Street and neighboring businesses from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Candy will be given to costumed children by the City of Redlands Economic Development Division and by participating downtown businesses while supplies last.
During “Safe Trick-or-Treat,” the Frugal Frigate Children’s Bookstore will sponsor story time in Ed Hales Park from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Children will be able to listen to costumed (but friendly) tale-tellers and receive a Halloween treat.
