HOLIDAY CLOSURE INFORMATION

The City of Redlands Customer Service Division for water, sewer, and solid waste services will be closed beginning Wednesday, December 20, 2017, and will re-open on Tuesday, January 2, 2018.

All utility bill payments will continue to be posted during this office closure and are due by the due date listed on your bill. Payments not received by the due date are subject to a late charge. To pay your utility bill, please use one of the following payment methods:

(1) Deposit your payment in the night drop box located between Customer Service, suite 15A, and the Revenue Office, suite 15B.

(2) Mail your payment to PO Box 6903, Redlands CA 92375.

(3) Make an online payment through your bank (please allow ample time for your payment to arrive by the due date).

(4) Make an online payment through Western Union Speedpay, which is the only on-line service that guarantees next day delivery to the City of Redlands.  You can access Speedpay by calling 1-866-269-2896 or visit www.redlandscustomerservice.org. A $3.95 convenience fee is charged by the vendor. 

Water/Sewer ServiceFor emergency water or sewer service, please contact the Redlands Police Department at 909-798-7681.

Solid Waste Collection Service (trash service) – There will be no solid waste (trash) service on Monday, December 25, 2017 and Monday, January 1, 2018, due to the holidays. All solid waste collection service will run ONE day behind for both weeks. For example, if your solid waste collection service day is Friday, then collection service will be provided on Saturday.  Any missed collections should be called into 909-798-7529. Messages will be retrieved daily by 10:00 am. Thank you.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

The primary purpose of the Customer Service Division is to provide accurate and timely customer billing and collection services for the water, wastewater and solid waste utilities for the City, in addition to billing services for street cleaning and household hazardous waste services provided by other departments within the City.

Additionally, the Customer Service Division works as a cross-functional team providing assistance and support to customers for information regarding automated payment programs, proper disposal of refuse, recycling opportunities, and wise use of water.
