Report Graffiti, Potholes, Illegal dumping and more!

Mark A Garcia, COP

Office of the Chief

Redlands is a unique community and a destination point for many in the Inland Empire.   Our citizens both value and participate in preserving the level of public safety we enjoy.  I am blessed to serve in a city where the community appreciates the work of its public servants.

As a municipal police agency, our department is fully committed to reducing crime and disorder, while providing the highest quality service possible.  We are also ever vigilant in the spectrum of public safety and community leadership as it relates to preserving the sanctity of the education environment, minimizing traffic injuries, and improving the quality of life for our citizens, as well as assisting in situations involving people in personal turmoil.  We value community partnerships with local faith based organizations, community service organizations, neighborhood groups, education providers, other government entities, the business community, and non-profit organizations and will continually work together to improve our community.

Our department has had a culture of continually improving our competencies and practices as well as designing innovative solutions to modern day problems.  In this regard, we look forward to our continued organizational growth and development.  We will always work to maintain your trust.

Speaking personally, it is a professional honor to serve with the men and women of the Redlands Police Department. Together we do make a difference in our city.

Thank you,
Mark A. Garcia
