The City of Redlands works with Citysourced to produce a smartphone app to allow you to send images and descriptions of problems that you encounter with City infrastructure.  

Installation Instructions - iPhone Users

From iPhone devices go to the iTunes App store and search for Redlands 311. You can also input:http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/redlands-311/id418219150?mt=8&ls=1 directly into your address bar.

Installation Instructions - Android Users

From Android devices go to the Android marketplace and search for “Redlands 311”
You can also input https://market.android.com/details?id=com.citysourced.redlandsca directly into your address bar on the phone or your computer.

Installation Instructions - Blackberry Users

From Storm and Torch devices type: http://dl.citysourced.com/M/RedlandsCa/T/RedlandsCa_1_3_6.jad into your address bar, or e-mail yourself the address and you can click on the hyperlink from the e-mail.

From non Storm devices type: http://dl.citysourced.com/M/RedlandsCa/NT/RedlandsCa_1_3_6.jadinto your address bar, or e-mail yourself the address and you can click on the hyperlink from the e-mail.

We require OS 5+ Older Blackberries. Older blackberries (OS 4.x) cannot run our applications.

Helpful Tips

  • Stay safe; don’t attempt to use CitySourced (or any app for that matter) while driving.
  • The app works much better outdoors than it does indoors. This is especially true of Blackberries which rely heavily on satellite communications.
  • Most data plans allow for unlimited photos and incident submissions; please confirm and then use the app liberally.No smartphone? Report online

    • Established in 1988, Redlands Market Night has established itself as one of the most successful certified farmers markets in Southern California! Vendors vie to participate in the event that has attracted thousands of weekly visitors since its inception. Visitors are welcomed into an inviting atmosphere complete with lighted trees, brick sidewalks, historic buildings, and great musical entertainment. Crowds are pleasantly surrounded by over 150 food and merchandise booths, not to mention the downtown shopkeepers, every Thursday night.

    • The City’s successful Saturday Morning Certified Farmers Market brings fresh local produce to historic downtown Redlands every Saturday.

      The Saturday Morning Certified Farmers’ Market began June 6, 2009, bringing local growers to the City parking lot south of Redlands Boulevard between Fifth and Sixth streets near Ed Hales Park. The market operates from 8 to 11 a.m. every Saturday, excluding holiday weekends.

  2. Household Hazardous Waste collection
    • Start time: 09:30am

    • During operating hours, residents can dispose of household materials including, outdated prescription medication (with the exception of controlled substances), outdated pet prescription medication, paint products, chemical cleaners, pesticides, fertilizers, hobby/pool supplies, automotive oil, filters, brake fluid, transmission fluid, anti-freeze, gasoline, and propane tanks.
