Redlands Lawn Bowling

Lawn bowling is one of the oldest sports played today. It dates back to the 14th century. Historians report that the most famous person connected to the sport was Sir Francis Drake, back in 1588, on Plymouth Hoe as the Spanish Armada approached. The sport is unique in that it can be played by both men and women at any age.

The Redlands Lawn Bowling Club is located at Sylvan Park in the City of Redlands. We have good greens and congenial members. Lawn bowling occurs every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 9:45 a.m throughout the year.

We are always interested in welcoming people to the game of lawn bowling and to our club. We would love to have you join us to learn the game and we will provide instruction, bowls and coaching to get you started. If you are an experienced bowler who will be visiting Redlands, please join us for a game or two. See our Bowling Schedule for game times. For more information call Suzanne at 794-8261 or Mary at 792-5990.

Free Lessons

Lawn Bowling is a great way to get out in the fresh air, socialize with other members, and get some mild exercise.

To find out more, call Suzanne at 794-8261 or Mary at 792-5990, they will fill you in and arrange a convenient time for you to try rolling a few bowls on our Green.
