The City of Redlands Household and Electronic Hazardous Waste Drop-Off facility will be closed for the holiday weekends on Saturday, Nov. 30, and Saturday, Dec. 28. Normal hours for the site, Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., will resume on the following weeks.

The Household Hazardous Waste site is located at 500 Kansas St. and is operated by the County of San Bernardino Fire Protection District Household Hazardous Waste Division staff.

During operating hours, residents can dispose of household materials including, e-waste, outdated prescription medication (with the exception of controlled substances), outdated pet prescription medication, paint products, chemical cleaners, pesticides, fertilizers, hobby/pool supplies, automotive oil, filters, brake fluid, transmission fluid, anti-freeze, gasoline, and propane tanks.
