The City of Redlands Recreation Division invites you to venture into our beautiful recreation and senior center facilities. The Joe R. Gonzalez Community Center is located at 111 W. Lugonia Ave. and will be open between the hours of: 

  • Monday 2:00pm-9:00pm
  • Tuesday 1:00pm-9:00pm
  • Wednesday – Thursday 2:00pm-9:00pm
  • Friday 2:00pm-7:30pm
  • Saturday 9:00am-3:00pm

The Eddie and Gloria Flores Senior Center and the Joslyn Senior Center have opened with the operation hours of:

Eddie and Gloria Flores Senior Center: (111 West Lugonia Ave.)

Monday- Friday 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Joslyn Senior Center: (21 Grant St.)

Tuesday – Friday 9:00am-3:00pm

Community Gardens

The City of Redlands Community Gardens is a fulfilling, inexpensive way to grow organic fruits and vegetables and provides a relaxing place to socialize with other residents who enjoy similar activities.

The city operates three community gardens with a total of 85 rentable plots which are managed by the Redlands Recreation Division. Our community gardens are governed by our Conditions of use including a Waiver and Release of Liability agreement. To be eligible for a garden plot you must be a resident of Redlands. Only one plot is allowed per family/household. Plots are non-transferable.

Bicycle Master Plan

The City of Redlands Bicycle Master Plan provides a vision for improving the bicycling environment by providing direction for the expansion of the existing bikeway network, connection of gaps, recommendations for bicycle support facilities, and education and awareness programs.
