ABOUT THE BLUE ENVELOPE PROGRAM
Redlands Police Department proudly offers the Blue Envelope
Program. This program is designed to promote inclusivity
and enhance communication awareness between law enforcement
officers and community members diagnosed with a condition or
disability, such as Autism Spectrum disorder, dementia, anxiety,
or other conditions, during a law enforcement interactions.
