Beginning Tai Chi (10 week course)

Our Beginning Tai Chi class, led by instructor Pam Dunn, is an excellent opportunity for individuals to embark on a journey towards a healthier lifestyle. This class, which spans over 10 weeks, is designed to introduce students to the fundamentals of Tai Chi, a gentle form of exercise that promotes physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your Tai Chi skills, this class is the perfect way to start your journey towards a healthier, more balanced life. This class is only offered during the Summer and Winter seasons. Registrations closes to new participants after the 2nd class meeting.

Tai Chi (Yang 24 Form)

Our Tai Chi Yang 24 Form class, taught by Linda Hamilton, is the perfect fit for individuals looking to deepen their understanding and practice of Tai Chi. This is an ongoing class that offers students the opportunity to master the Yang 24 Form, a widely recognized and popular Tai Chi routine. Through Linda’s guidance, students will learn the proper techniques and postures of the Yang 24 Form, helping them to improve their balance, flexibility, and overall well-being. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced Tai Chi practitioner, this class offers a welcoming and supportive environment for all levels. Wear loose and comfortable clothing.
