The City of Redlands invites residents to apply for an opening on the Street Tree Committee. The deadline for filing applications is Jan. 28. Members are appointed by the City Council.

The Street Tree Committee advises the City Council and recommends policies for the planting, care and removal of trees and shrubs in all parkways in the City. The Street Tree Committee meets bi-monthly on the fourth Thursday of even- numbered months at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 35 Cajon St.
