Preliminary Review Committee

2019 Preliminary Review Calendar

The Preliminary Review Committee is composed of staff representatives from the departments of Development Services, Municipal Utilities & Engineering, Fire, Police, and Facilities & Community Services. The function of this committee is to provide applicants and the City a forum to discuss and resolve questions or potential design issues (e.g., Site Plan and architectural renderings) prior to an applicant spending significant time and expense assembling an application package. This level of review is optional at the request of applicants, but is frequently recommended for major development projects. Staff will gladly discuss your project to help you decide if this level of review might be beneficial to your project. Applicants are invited to attend the Committee meeting scheduled for their project. The Planning Division provides staff support and agenda preparation for the PRC.

Meets the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month at 9:00 a.m.
