The City of Redlands is committed to the safety and well-being of its employees and residents. As part of this commitment, we are constantly striving to address and manage the hazards inherent to the services we provide, as well as those faced by our employees while providing them.

From maintenance to training, the City is constantly attempting to develop solutions to ensure compliance with all State and Federal regulations, as well as industry best practices and guidelines.

Safety Programs and Policies

As part of the City’s Safety Program, the Risk Management Division has developed and implemented programs, policies, and procedures in accordance with Cal/OSHA and Federal OSHA guidelines to advise all employees exposed to those hazards, of their duties, obligations, and responsibilities under such programs.
